Soul Alignment Coaching = The process of helping you remember your potential of living in complete harmony with your deepest, most authentic self.

The purpose of Soul Alignment Coaching is to come into alignment with your Soul. That which is timeless in you. To be clear, your soul doesn’t need coaching. Your soul is already complete perfection.

We, as humans, need some guidance to our soul’s level of pure truth. We are all born as perfect, innocent beings, straight from the source of all that is. As we grow up, and navigate our way through societal and family expectations, our views become narrower. We pick up different ideas as to how things are supposed to be, and how we are supposed to live, act, and feel. There comes a point in time that we start to question some of that, and a desire is born to live authentically to our deeper selves that we can feel emerging, even if that means going against the way we’ve been brought up.

Soul Alignment Coaching is the process of identifying, embracing, and embodying your Soul’s truth.

As with most meaningful endeavors, this takes time. As such, Soul Coaching packages are 6 months in length, holding a container for us to meet weekly, allowing the time and space necessary to become familiar with the deeper truths in you.

Throughout the process of Soul Alignment Coaching, it’s not off limits to go into the past… as layers arise, perhaps old wounds or beliefs, we work through them as they present themselves. This is an important part of the process.

Most often, we start the 6 month journey with a Soul Plan Reading, so that we can start off on a firm foundation, and a much deeper acquaintance with your Soul truth and purpose. This helps you zoom out of your perspective of your life, to get a glimpse of the bigger picture of what you’re actually here on this earth to accomplish. We get a clear vision of what life will look and feel like when you’re in Alignment with your Soul Truth, and where you’re currently blocked from it. From there, we can begin to systematically “unkink your hose” to allow divine prosperity to freely flow – providing you the opportunity to truly live at your highest potential ~ in harmony and flow with the world around you.
